The goal is to create just enough structure to test ideas, align stakeholders, and make confident design decisions before investing too much time in the wrong direction. Once the direction is clear, I help carry the work into execution. I collaborate through buildout, set up the right signals to measure what is working, and use real feedback to improve the experience over time.
